Your first two weeks
- Tonight: put the IceGlow™ Roller in the freezer. Leave it there permanently.

- Tomorrow morning: ninety seconds with the roller. Outward and down, always.
- Days 3–14: repeat. Five nights a week is plenty. Missing one does not undo anything.
- Day 14: photograph your jaw in the same light as day one.
Choosing your stone
- Jade — the traditional pick, slightly more grip and control. Choose this if unsure.
- Obsidian — polished volcanic glass, non-porous, holds cold longest.
- Stainless Steel — unbreakable and completely non-porous. The right call for acne-prone or reactive skin.

Is this genuinely a good starting point, or should I buy more?
This is the right starting point. Every additional tool in our range is an upgrade on something in this box, not a gap in it. Get five minutes a night working first.
Can I choose a different oil?
The set ships with Jojoba because it suits the widest range of skin and is genuinely non-comedogenic. If you want Rosehip, Argan or Sweet Almond instead, order the oil separately and email us — we will swap it before dispatch at no cost.
Is it packaged as a gift?
Yes. Everything arrives together in recyclable Lyquora packaging with a printed ritual card. No price on the card.
How long does the oil last?
Three to four months at three drops a night.
What if I only want one piece?
All three are sold individually. The set exists because buying them together costs less and because the pieces work better as a routine than alone.
