What to expect

Questions

Is this too much for a beginner?
It is more than you need to start, but nothing here is difficult — the LED asks nothing of you at all. If you would rather build the habit first, The Glow Starter Ritual ($49.99) is the honest recommendation, and you can add the mask later.

Fifteen minutes a night is a lot. Can I shorten it?
Yes. The ten LED minutes are passive — put the mask on while you are already lying down. The active portion is five minutes.

Does a $69.99 LED mask really work?
Same wavelengths and same mechanism as masks at $400 to $600. Premium units deliver higher irradiance, which means faster results, plus longer warranties and unit-specific trial data. The trade-off is time to result, not whether it works.

Can I wear the mask with serum on for better absorption?
