These terms govern your use of lyquora.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are

2. Products
We sell gua sha facial massage tools. Product images are representative. Natural stone varies in colour, veining and clarity from piece to piece, and the item you receive will not be identical to the photograph. This is inherent to the material.
3. Not a medical device
Our products are cosmetic and comfort tools. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We make no claim that our products treat, cure or prevent any condition. Do not use over broken skin, sunburn, active acne lesions, rosacea flares, or recent cosmetic procedures. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or use prescription topicals, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Use is at your own risk.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless your region selector says otherwise, and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you are refunded in full.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel before dispatch and refund you in full.
6. Shipping and returns
Governed by our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these terms.
7. Accuracy
We work to keep product information accurate but do not warrant that all content is error-free or current. If something is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
8. Intellectual property
All text, images and design on this site belong to Lyquora or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without written consent.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
