Blue Aventurine Gua Sha

A deeper, moodier blue-grey with a fine sparkle running through it. Blue aventurine reads almost like weathered slate in daylight and turns much richer under warm light. It sits slightly denser in the hand than the green, so it carries a little more weight through each stroke — which means you press less and it still works.

Best for: anyone who prefers a heavier tool.

The three-minute ritual

1. Prep. Clean skin, then a few drops of facial oil or a slippery serum. The stone should glide — if it drags, you need more oil, not more pressure.
2. Sweep. Hold it almost flat against your skin. Work outward from the centre of the face: jaw to ear, cheek to temple, brow to hairline. Three slow passes each side.
3. Finish. Light strokes down the side of the neck toward the collarbone. Rinse, pat dry, done.

Care

Rinse in warm water with a mild soap after each use and dry with a soft cloth. Chill it in the fridge if you like the cold. Natural stone, so expect small variations in colour and veining — yours will not look exactly like the photo, and that is rather the point.
