Where we ship
Worldwide, from our fulfilment partner's warehouses.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within [1–3] business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes [10–20] business days depending on your country and customs. Total time from order to doorstep is typically [11–23] business days.
We would rather tell you this plainly up front than surprise you after checkout. If you need something for a specific date, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Cost
Standard shipping is [free on all orders]. Any figure shown at checkout is final — there are no charges added afterward.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2–4 days to start showing scans after you receive it; this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the recipient's responsibility. Check your local threshold if you are unsure.
Wrong address
We can change a delivery address within a few hours of the order being placed, before it is dispatched. Email us immediately at snader20087@gmail.com with your order number. Once a parcel has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated in 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email us and we will either resend it or refund you in full. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself — that is our job.
