How to use it

1. Clean skin, then apply a water-based conductive gel or a hyaluronic serum. This step is not optional — current needs a conductive medium. Oil is an insulator and will block it entirely.
2. Start at the lowest level. Work up over your first week.
3. Keep the whole plate in contact. If an edge lifts away, the circuit breaks and nothing is happening.
4. Glide upward and outward — from collarbone up the front of the neck, then from under the chin out along the jaw to the ear. Roughly five seconds per pass.
5. Three passes per zone, both sides. About five minutes total.
6. Follow with moisturiser or oil. Oil goes after, never before.

Frequency: five minutes daily for the first eight weeks, then three or four times a week to maintain.

Safety — read this part

Do not use if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electrical device, epilepsy, active cancer, an overactive or treated thyroid condition, or if you are pregnant. Avoid the area over dermal fillers within two weeks of treatment, and over broken skin. Do not use directly over the front of the throat if you have any thyroid diagnosis — ask your doctor first. Questions

Will I feel it?
A faint metallic tingle at higher levels, and sometimes a very slight taste of metal when you work near the jaw — normal and harmless. It should never sting or twitch sharply. If it does, drop a level or add more gel.

Can I use my facial oil as the conductive medium?
No. This is the single most common mistake. Oil insulates; the current will not pass. Use a water-based gel or serum, and save the oil for afterwards.

Can I use it on my face too?
Yes — along the jaw and up the cheek works well. The plate is shaped for the neck, so it is less precise around the eyes and nose. Use your gua sha there.

How long until I see anything real?
An immediate temporary tightening after session one. Genuine cumulative change from around week four to six, clearest at eight weeks. Photograph your neck from the side on day one — you will not trust your memory.

How does this compare to a $300 device?
