Lyquora Cryo Globes™
A cryo facial, without the appointment.
Two weighted glass globes that live in your freezer. Held one in each hand, they let you cool and drain the whole face at once — with the kind of slow, deliberate pressure that makes the five minutes feel like something you chose rather than something you squeezed in.
The problem
An ice roller is fast, efficient and slightly clinical. It handles a puffy morning in ninety seconds and then you get on with your day.
What it does not give you is the experience — the part of a facial where someone works slowly around your orbital bone, your temples, the hinge of your jaw, and your shoulders drop about two inches. That part is not indulgence. Tension in the face holds fluid, and fluid is what you are trying to move.
The solution
Globes give you something a roller cannot: contact with the contours. A sphere sits into the eye socket, along the brow bone, under the cheekbone and around the nose in a way a cylinder simply cannot reach. Two of them means you work both sides simultaneously and symmetrically.
They are filled with a sealed non-toxic freezing solution that holds cold considerably longer than water, and the borosilicate glass will not crack at freezer temperatures.
What you can expect
- Under-eye de-puffing — the globe fits the orbital bone properly, which is where most morning heaviness sits
- Calmer redness and flushing — including after a hot shower or a workout
- Released tension — temples, brow and jaw hinge, held cold for five seconds each
- A genuinely relaxing five minutes — the closest thing at home to a spa facial
- Headache and sinus relief — held at the temples and along the brow
How to use them
- Freezer, two hours minimum. Then leave them in there permanently.
- Apply a drop or two of oil first. Unlike the steel roller, glass benefits from slip.
- One globe per hand. Start at the centre of the forehead and sweep outward to the temples. Three passes.
- Around the eyes — along the brow bone outward, then under the eye from inner corner out. Very light pressure.
- Cheeks — from the side of the nose out toward the ears. Three passes.
- Jaw — from chin along the jawbone to the ear, then pause and hold at the jaw hinge for five seconds.
- Down the neck — three slow passes each side to finish.
Keep them moving. Do not rest a frozen globe on one spot for more than about five seconds.
Why customers love them
Because this is the one that feels like a treat rather than a task. The ice roller is efficiency; the globes are the ritual. People who own both use the roller on weekday mornings and the globes on a Sunday evening with a podcast on.
They also film beautifully — the condensation, the glass, the light through them. If you have ever wondered why this format is all over your feed, that is why.

Questions
Globes or ice roller — which should I buy?
Roller if you want speed and a de-puffed face in ninety seconds. Globes if you want the contour access and the slower, more relaxing version. They are complementary rather than competing, and cost roughly the same.
Is the liquid inside safe?
Yes — it is a sealed, non-toxic glycol solution, the same class used in reusable cold packs. The globes are sealed units; you will never come into contact with it.
Will the glass crack in the freezer?
Borosilicate is made for temperature extremes. What cracks glass is sudden change — so never take them from the freezer straight into hot water.
Can I use them on my body?
Yes, and they are very good on the back of the neck and shoulders after a screen-heavy day.
Do I need oil?
A drop or two helps. Glass has slightly more friction than polished steel, and dry skin plus cold glass is how you get irritation.
Are they safe around the eyes?
On the bone, yes — that is the best use for them. Never press on the eyeball itself, and keep pressure light in that area.
